Most brokerages specialize in either sales or management. Prospera does both, with the same team behind each transaction. That makes investor and landlord work simpler, and gives sales clients a longer relationship with the firm.

Buying or selling a home in the Greater Tampa Bay area or South Florida. Pricing, marketing, and offer strategy from a small team you can reach by name.
Property management
Single-family and multi-family management with a tenant portal, maintenance routing, and an owner pipeline that reaches the same desk that handled the sale.
Commercial and land
Commercial property sales and land transactions across both coasts. Smaller deals get the same attention as larger ones.
Investor services
Foreign investment, military relocation, and new construction listings. We are independent, so referral and incentive structures do not get in the way.

Teresa Williams started Prospera in 2001 and still runs it today. The team has grown to eight realtors across Tampa and Miami, and stays small on purpose.
Property management
We manage what we sell.
Owners get one team for the listing and the lease. Tenants reach maintenance through a portal that goes to the same office that signed them in. Foreign investors and long-distance landlords use Prospera because the chain is short.
